I'm very pleased but almost convinced that she knows very little about my condition, even though some is controlled very well the other parts just put up with, just need to be told, not much to ask or is it?

Dr Ergene is always very courteous and greets me with a smile and maintains eye contact during consultation. I have found her empathetic to my situation and I always feel confident that she will listen to me and do what is within her power to help.
