Saw the dr at Maidstone Hospital a and e dept.He was very polite and a good listener.He recorded accurately what I had told me,and asked what I felt I needed.He phoned for further advice from an ENT registrar at the hospital, gave me a prescription and put me on the fast track list for a consultant.He explained everything clearly and asked if I had any questions.I was given a copy of his notes at the end which recorded everything.Although intended for my own gp this was most useful for future reference, in fact it would be a good idea if patients were given this after every health consultation.
I was very satisfied with the doctor.
