I rarely write reviews for anything but for once felt a need to do so. My daughter aged 5 had a seizure out of nowhere and was admitted to hospital. By a real stroke of luck Dr Saraswatula was on the ward that weekend doing some admin work I believe but agreed to see my daughter in his own time. He was extremely helpful, thorough and listened to our anxious withering on with care. He explained thoroughly and patiently answered questions, often encouraging us on numerous occasions to do so. My daughter liked to see him and we were always made to feel our concern and our daughters health were important to him. Dr Saraswatula has the rare ability in healthcare workers to make your daughter and her parents feel like they are the only thing that matters for the time he spends on her care. Having worked in healthcare for over 20 years I am aware of just how rare this is. I would certainly recommend Dr Saraswatula to anyone.
