Dr. Murugananthan performed my colonoscopy recently and what impressed me most was the fact that he took the time to introduce himself before I was taken into the theatre, just a small gesture but it made all the difference. He was very kind and caring throughout the procedure and he told me the colon was clear just as soon as he had removed the colonoscopy tube, much to my relief. No improvements necessary.
