Dr Ari, is an exceptional doctor. I was very lucky in having him take care of me. He is knowledgable, kind, caring and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. He quickly diagnosed my medical issue and developed a recovery plan. This was effective and I was back to normal in a short period. Dr Ari really is a credit to the NHS and they are lucky to have such an exceptional talent.

Dr Ari is immensely impressive. Many doctors appear arrogant and use jargon and unintelligible medical terms when discussing a condition with a patient. While this establishes the nature of their relationship with the patient, it can leave the latter feeling somewhat helpless, and sometimes suspicious that the jargon is employed to conceal some uncertainty about both diagnosis and treatment. Not Dr Ari. Having reached his diagnosis, he explains clearly to the lay person his conclusions and his consequent recommendations. He looks forward to possible subsequent course of actions should development of the condition not be that originally expected. I understood every step in his exposition and happily accepted that the idiopathic nature of my mid-occipito-parioetal headache meant that we would be feeling our way forward to the correct treatment. Dr Ari displayed confidence and openness. He was prepared to listen to me and my wife and take our wishes into account in finding the best way forward. After each visit he left us feeling impressed by his evident concern and happier and more confident ourselves. I have been in hospitals four times: for bowel cancer, an infection in a wound, and two hip replacements. In the course of these treatments I have come across several doctors. If pressed to rank them, I would place Dr Ari very highly indeed.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in December 2017 in Ireland, I have been working in London for the past 2 years and suffered a relapse which brought on Optic Neuritis at the beginning of May 2018 this episode led me to end up in A&E in Charring Cross hospital. The only positive from this relapse was that I was in the hospital when Dr. Baheerathan was working. Straight away he put my mind at ease and explained everything that was happening to me from the Optic Neuritis. He didn't rush me and made sure he examined me thoroughly, he gave me a prescription to fix the Neuritis and brought all of the tests and scans I was due to have forward so when I met the consultant I would have all my tests completed. He assured me that my MS wouldn't define me and gave me the confidence and boost that I needed that I was in the right place and he was going to get me the care that I needed. I really can't speak highly enough about Dr. Baheerathan. Everything from how he explained what was going on, to what he was going to do going forward, to giving me the information about the medicines that were available to me so I can be fully informed when meeting the consultant.
