Dr Jacob has been my neurology Doctor for sometime now. Dr Jacob makes me feel safe and secure with my condition of NMO and has done so from day one of taking over my care. Dr Jacob has always been kind and understanding. He has always given me time to talk through any issues that may concern me. Following each clinic appointment I always leave with peace of mind and know he is always there if I need help and/or reassurance. I would hope that I will continue to be under Dr Jacob,s care for as long as possible. I am sure Dr Jacob gives the same care and empathy to all his patients. However, when in clinic I am made to feel like I am his only patient. Dr Jacob is an extremely knowledgeable professional doctor and I feel privileged to be under his care.

I have dealt with Dr. Jacob for many years and I couldn't praise him and his team. His attention to detail is impeccable with only the best interests of his patients in mind. I have found him polite, accessible and very thoughtful. As a carer he always involved myself and would gladly answer any questions I had. This I appreciated a lot as other doctors at different hospitals didn't do this. Over the years he has built up a very professional team around him which helps to provide the best possible care for the patients. Dr. Jacob is someone I would recommend to anyone who needs his expertise and you couldn't be in better hands.

We have consulted with Dr Anu Jacob on 2 occasions over the last couple of years. Once for my father on his early onset suspected Alzheimer’s and the second time for my daughter when she showed symptoms of a possible neurological condition. On both times, I found Dr Anu Jacob to be extremely polite, caring and highly knowledgeable. He is very thorough in his approach and very quickly put us on ease at what was a very stressful time whilst we were fearing for the worst. By God’s grace, my daughter’s symptoms turned out to be insignificant and I am so thankful to Dr Anu Jacob for supporting us during our time of need. I will most certainly recommend Dr Anu Jacob to my friends and family should they ever need any such support.

I saw Dr Jacob as a patient following worrying symptoms and a family history of MS. Dr Jacob and I spoke at length about the symptoms that were worrying and his friendly, attentive manner helped greatly to put my mind at ease. He did a full examination of me explaining what each test was called and what is was for. At the end of the consultation we had a chat about strategies to help me sleep, I am overweight and he was caring in his manner how he approached the subject and my need to lose weight and how that could help my symptoms. I couldn’t recommend him more.

I am privileged to have set up a national service alongside Dr Jacob.His dedication and determination to learn from the patients, to update world wide research on a rare condition. During consultations he listens to the patient, shows them their MRI scans and explains them - quite a rare thing to do in the medical world! He gives rationale for his decisions and involves the patient in their treatment plan.His motto is “to do best for patient” he is an excellent neurologist and I would absolutely recommend my family and friends to be seen by him.
