When I go to see Dr Jacob I don't feel like just another patient, it feels personal, like he knows you. He listen's and understands what you going through. He has help me immensely.

I have been in treatment with Dr Jacob for the last 2 years. I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and Dr. Jacob has left no stone unturned to get to the bottom of this painful disease. Although we have not been able to cure it completely the medication Dr. Jacob prescribed me has suppressed the worse symptoms and I can now manage this disease and live a normal life again. I have nothing but praise for him as a doctor: he is very professional in his approach, a good listener, polite and compassionate. I would definitely recommend him to any patient whom suffers from any form of neurologic disease.

Dr Anu Jacob has been my consultant for over four years treating me for epilepsy. He is very professional and understanding . He has treated my condition for epilepsy with the ups most expertise. He is also a very good listener and very caring person. I would highly recommend Dr Jacob.

I first saw Dr Jacob 5 weeks ago with an undiagnosed neurological condition. He was very friendly, both sympathetic and empathetic but also very honest about my condition. He explained things clearly and prescribed medication via my GP and we agreed I would see him again in approxiamtely 4 -6 weeks to review my progress. Dr Jacob sent my clinical report to myself as well as my GP which I really appreciated. In it he recommended alternative medication in case I could not tolerate the initial medications. Unfortunately this was the case but my GP was able to help me without the need for recourse to Dr Jacob. At my review appointment with Dr Jacob the medication had to be completely changed but again this was done very pragmatically with a full explanation and with alll my questions answered during my appointment. If I had any more I could contact him via his secretary, Rachael Thistleton. Rachael responds quickly and very helpfully to any request I make. Together she and Dr Jacob provide excellent customer care and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Dr Jacob and his team.
