My husband had the good fortune to be seen by Dr Benopoulos at the Countess of Chester after having a cardiac event courtesy of a wasp sting in August. Thank God it was Dr. Benopoulos that saw him. The care and attention was exceptional. He took time to explain to my husband what the problems were and the most effective treatment in a manner that was understandable. We were so impressed that we booked a private consultation with Dr Benopoulos at the spire hospital Wrexham following the acute stage of my husband’s illness. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Benopoulos to anyone. He has made a difficult and challenging situation so much easier.

Doctor Benopoulos listens to what you have to say without interruption. He then explains things in lay-person terms.l I looked forward to his daily ward rounds because he was always light hearted which brought a little joy into the days proceedings. I saw this doctor today and was very impressed. He listened attentively and I felt reassured that he understood the many issues that I have. Dr Benopoulos suggested that I tried a particular medication not previously prescribed, based on my reactions to the many that I have had. He also very logically provided a reasoned explanation of why a particular course of action would be beneficial and at the same time reassured me that the ultimate decision was mine, without being patronising. In all I would very happily see this cardiologist again.

I love this gorgeous Dr. He is the ONLY Dr that has ever really listened to me. I am so very very sad that he left my local hospital in Worthing West Sussex. I would genuinely love to meet him again.
