Very approachable, listens well, prepared to understand the issues presented and not just hand out prescriptions. A breath of fresh air in general practice.
Meets and greets patients, keeps to time slots to avoid long waits.
Has given me back confidence that I will receive the best care possible, something that has been lacking in my experience of general practice for a good many years.
At present nothing to improve in terms of care.
