Dr Anshuman was calm, poised and professional in his approach. He was passionate about his subject and very knowledgeable. Dr Anshuman was keen to show how my condition could be managed, not just in the immediate but also for the long term, this approach gave me a great deal of reassurance. Options were clearly discussed and the underlying problem and analysis explained in a way that I could understand. He is a very effective listener and communicator.
I cant think of anything to improve upon, this consultation was the best I have had from either the private or public sector.
