My wife has been treated by Dr Mukherjee since July 2016 with both Thyroid and Chronic Fatigue problems and is still being treated at the present time. After many years of trying to find someone who understood the problems it was so reassuring to find a consultant that would actually listen to the patient and the symptoms and then give such reassurance that although my wife had numerous severe problems there were still things that could be done to manage the situation and improve her overall well being. She will also work in conjunction with the other specialists involved so that the whole picture can be considered rather than just going down an isolated path. My wife has made great progress under the guidance of Doctor Mukherjee and although there is still a long way to go at least we can see some light shining at the other end of the tunnel. Her enthusiasm and friendly discussion style is so pleasant and reassuring that visiting her for a review is something that we look forward to and you cannot fail to come away from the review feeling anything other than very positive and wanting to move on to her recommended next steps. It takes us over 2 hours to get to the hospital from where we live but I can tell you it is well worth the journey, she is just brilliant!
