I went to see Dr Watson when I was very ill and going through a very difficult time emotionally. I was being treated by another doctor at her surgery for depression and incontinence due to severe IBS which is made worse by stress. She treated me dreadfully, mainly I believe because I had asked for a sick note to produce to my employer. Dr Watson spoke to me harshly and told me "to sort my problems out". Alot more was said and she was actually way out of line and my husband insisted that I keep notes about what happened that day. I am sharing this with you because if you are feeling distressed with emotional problems or stress related problems, don't go and see this woman. I had two encounters with her and found her manner appalling cold and uninterested. I left that surgery immediately and have found a wonderful GP now.
