I attended my daughter's appointment with her & it was mentioned that she & her sister were concerned that a skin issue I'd had for a few years was cancerous. I pooh-poohed the idea, saying it was an irritation caused by an injury, that had never gone away. Dr Monaco said she couldn't look at it during my daughter's slot but insisted I book an urgent appointment. She must have seen in my eyes that I wasn't about to do it soon & I later received a call from my other daughter - also seeing Dr Monaco that day, to say she'd been told I was "next in". I didn't have an appointment so was flabbergasted! It wasn't, as I'd first thought, a collaboration by my daughters to get me seen quickly but Dr Monaco herself who told me she'd had a cancellation so had booked me in & asked reception to let my daughter know, so she could alert me. Bearing in mind that my appointment was actually after normal surgery hours AND that Dr Senhenn was on hand to provide a second opinion, just goes to show what caring, professional people are at work at the Fountain Practice!
