Over the last 3 years i have had several serious illnesses and Dr Lloyd Thomas has been of enormous help. She always listens, explains clearly her thoughts and ensures i am included in any decisions that need to be made. I have confidence in her and trust her judgement. I am very sad to learn that she is to retire. It will be a loss to the surgery.

This doctor's manner doesn't inspire confidence. She seems at a loss to know what treatment to offer. I feel that seeing her was a waste of my time!

Dr Anne always listens and then explains everything in as much or little detail as you want, I love her sense of humour . I never feel that I have wasted her time.
