Dr Turner has been nothing but helpful, understanding and honest with me. It's very easy to get caught up in medical jargon as well as to come across as patronising - Dr Turner has a great ability to do neither of these things. She is able to explain a problem in a way which I understand but with taking into account knowledge I already may possess. I feel privileged that I am able to see a doctor that I feel totally at ease and can trust what she says.
