Our little boy of 3 months old was admitted to hospital with whooping cough. He was our first child and as any parent can imagine this was a very scary time for both me and my partner.
We all know the NHS is currently under a lot of pressure and resources are being pushed, often meaning that patients see different doctors each day which can be difficult. However, Anna was a breath of fresh air and quickly helped me and my partner come to terms with what was going on with excellent "bedside manner" straight talking and a friendly manner. I really can not stress how reassuring this was for us both and without Anna this really could have been more stressful than it was.
We can not thank you enough Anna, keep up the excellent work
