Hi Dr Ptak My name is David Englefield. KGH I was awaiting a phone call today at 14:45 Friday 11/03/2022 but it appears KGH didn’t update my contact details so you were calling a dead number.. You may remember that back in 2021 I was due to see you at Kettering General according to the appointment paperwork only to be told when I arrived in an empty waiting room that their was no surgery that day. It actually turned out it was a telephone call?? I have sat her today waiting then contacted the Hospital only to be told they hadn’t updated my details (Not Good). One day it may be nice if I could actually get to talk to you. The back office is letting me and you down.As you can appreciate I am not a happy man at all. Just thought I would let you know. Dr Anna Ptak-Kowalczyk has really helped me. She was spot on with my diagnosis and medication. I trust her judgement because she is careful and thorough. She listens to concerns and answers questions if I have them. I hope that she will remain my consultant in the future because I am very pleased indeed. Great person!

I have seen Dr Ptak twice now and my concerns were always listened to and the appropriate tests were put on for me. Very affable manner and puts you at your ease. I don't think any real improvement are possible as it was perfect already.
