Great Doctor,
Straight talking and answered all my questions. I was well looked after and follow up care was all organised. I received the care I needed and am very grateful!

She shouted at my mother. For not doing enough at home. She had never met my mum before and just assumed because she had heart failure she didn't do anything at home. It really upset my mum. At home she doesn't stop working. She doesn't Drink or smoke either.This person needs to learn people skills as a priority and not upset patients.
