Dr Mallott sutured my arm at Barnet General Hospital A&E in 2010 and the level of care I received was outstanding. I really appreciated her efforts to make me feel comfortable, her bedside manner is excellent. Despite difficult circumstances (a lack of suture kits in the department) she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and even took the time to offer advice on applying to medical school (I was a hopeful applicant at the time). Her efforts were hugely important to me; they left a lasting impression and I cannot thank her enough.
