Excellent. Very reassuring. Specialist in difficult airways. Very friendly and downright nice. Got me through a difficult time. Very lucky to have access to such good care. World class.

I felt this Consultant's behaviour was adequate, but nothing special. Her junior colleague, Dr Rodda, was far more professional and friendly, in line with what is expected of a modern day NHS doctor.

It is with great shame that only in hindsight did I realise she was not my actual surgeon. I attended the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital and was informed by this anaesthetist that I didn't need the operation. As a result, she discharged me from the ward despite my initial scepticism. The original surgical consultant later phoned me to re-arrange another operative date.
