My appointment was with Dr.M.Johnson who herself is very nice and I believed listened even if I didn't get the help I needed by supporting staff (Lyn-nurse).

Unfortunately, this doctor only works part-time, which is a large negative for the practice. I would recommend her highly - she listens (mostly) - and is very down-to-earth and straightforward. The whole surgery setup, however, needs to be looked at - with patients having to wait for anything from 2 weeks to more than a month to see a doctor of choice for a non-emergency appointment. This is not ideal and because of this it can't be recommended for those new to the area; other surgeries can organise patient appointments better.
