I have had an ongoing issue the last two weeks and have needed advice 3 times. Each time the receptionist has been amazing at getting me straight towards the service I need and twice I have been called to see a doctor face to face writhing an hour. Cannot fault the surgery generally throughout the whole lockdown. Today Dr Newbon listened to my concerns and gave me three options to try. I could not be happier with the care given

Dr Ann-Marie Newbon is the best doctor I have had at Town Hill. She listens intently. She then acts quickly and efficiently. I went to see her on 12th September thinking I had cancer. Within no time I was under East Surrey having MRI and PET scans. She has been very kind and considerate as went through a major operation and chemotherapy. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Newbon, everything about her is exactly as one would like to see in a doctor. Thank Dr. Newbon.

Dr Newbon , despite being under pressure attends carefully to your problem and somehow lets you feel you are not being hurried along . She also clearly explains the issues you are faced with . You never leave her feeling that it was a waste of time .
