I was spoken to like a child. She appeared angry because I have difficulty in stopping smoking. I asked for Zyban and she told me I knew the procedure I said what and she said see the nurse. On seeing the nurse she told me she was not allowed to prescribe it so the GP should have prescribed it for me. I was left feeling hurt and dismissed with the intention that I do not want to go back to that doctor.
