1.This very experienced doctor explained results at the level I could understand without being patronising.
2. Even when I was not making as much progress as I and she wanted she was able to look at my health holistically encompassing many other specialised treatments I was having which were out side of her specilaised fields.
3. She gave me confidence that there was a way forward to better health reassuring me that some backward steps might delay progress but would not destroy or compromise work on my health in the immediate future.
4. She increased OPD appoinments actively but also reiterated that I could get in touch with the department on the phone if I needed to do so.
