I saw Dr Malladi 2018-19 when she was at Riverbrook Surgery in Stirchley, Birmingham. She was very helpful to me because she listened carefully and patiently to what I said and explained clearly the thinking behind her diagnosis, treatments and referrals. She did not waste any time but I never got the feeling she was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I’m sorry to have lost her from my local surgery.

I've visited Dr. Malladi for a few times and she has been always very helpful , attentive , professional . She is a doctor who respects your opinion and never patronizing . I think that in order to establish contact with your patient it is vitally important to treat him as an equal adult individual . Also , Dr. Malladi explains matters in a clear logical manner . I have not been ever nervous for ' white coat' syndrome if I see her. There is an inexhaustible list of her qualities but another important one is she has never in a rush and you feel as it is important for her to make a right diagnosis and appropriate prescription even thought that she has to look for information required for making decision. I highly recommend her for all patients as a thoughtful doctor.
