I have had to visit the Newgate Medical Group on a number of occasions this year. Dr Holman has been attentive and demonstrated expertise of the highest order in diagnosing and successfully treating my medical problems. In addition, the support staff of the Group, have been competent, courteous and pleasant in assisting me. The systems in place result in efficient organisation at a time when people are potentially vulnerable.

He always listens and does anything he can to try to make things better even when a cure is not possible. He will discuss things on the phone when I am not well enough to get to the surgery and listens to any thoughts I have about my illness. I cannot praise him enough and feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.

Dr Holman is not my regular GP but I have seen him on a number of occasions and the first thing that I liked was he always come to his door to call you in and greet you personally. He listens, is friendly, thorough and decisive. He explains things at length and in detail but in easily understandable terms. He would be my first choice of alternative GP if my own doctor was not available.
