I have always experience a true duty of care from this Doctor. He listens, allowing me to explain my symptoms, and prescribes the best course of treatment necessary. Tests and further investigation have been offered without hesitation, with feedback given by telephone.

This Doctor is excellent and the best I have had by far, reasons being: 1) He is a great listener and the feedback is excellent (easy to understand). 2) He arranges fast actions for hospital treatments. 3) Passionate at his job and very caring, second to none. 4) Always provides you with the time required and is never rushed. 5) You feel comfortable and confident the treatment you are receiving is the best. Doctor Duckworth is a true 5 Star Gentleman, I consider myself very fortunate to have him as my GP and hope he continues to be for a long time .

Dr Duckworth immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt he listened to my concerns and took them seriously. He was very empathic and spent time listening. I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you.

Dr Duckworth is very caring and spends time to chat to get the overall picture. This I think is the reason that sometimes appointment times are not always hit. As a general point for the surgery I think difficulty in getting an appointment sometimes within 2 weeks a worry. I have waited 4 hours in the on the day surgery - not ideal. I am surprised that the practice is still advertising for new patients when there are clearly not enough doctors to cope. Good to have an excellent pharmacy on site.
