On more that one occassion both me and my family have had to seek extra help with our needs from other health professionals. I feel that Dr Craig could easily have made the referrals for us but in our cases we have had to seek them out, sometimes via private healthcare providers. This makes me annoyed when my family are older and take his word as gospel until they realise there is an option.
He is however no doubt a caring man whose overall manner is quite pleasant albeit a little nervous.
