Dr Chafer shows great empathy with his patients, he demonstrates good listening skills and thorough examinations. It is so refreshing to visit a gp who actually listens and seems to care.

Andrew is a good listening GP. He doesn't make up his mind until you've finished talking and he is not afraid to tell you he doesn't know what is wrong. His soft skills are excellent, and I trust him as a clinician. He is the best doctor this surgery has.
