I was a patient of Dr Broadley earlier this year. He looked after me superbly and it is entirely thanks to him that I made such a speedy recovery
Dr. Broadley clear is in questions and observations. His approach during the examination was good (so was the approach of the intern). he listened and responded well and his final comments were clear.
Well done!
Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Broadley and would award 10 stars if I could!
I accompanied my husband to a cardiology appointment. I found Dr Broady dismissive and uncompassionate, he seemed irritated that we were in his clinic. I left feeling very upset and hope he was having a bad day and does not relate to all his patients like this.
I ended up in ward 8a in the early hours of the morning after Mothers day, and was under Dr Broadley. He sent me home the following Thursday, with antibiotics, saying I would now be OK. I said I wouldn't, there was something wrong with me, but he insisted I would be OK. 8 days later on the Friday, I saw my doctor, who after a few tests said he was going to ring for an ambulance to take me to hospital, where I was for 15 days, coming out on the 6th April. I was then in ward 8a again, under Dr George Chung, who diagnosed what was causing the problem, gave me suitable medication, including diuretics, to clear my lungs of fluid. I was discharged after my lungs were clear, losing 14lbs in weight. I was also prescribed various drugs to help my heart to function in the future, and I have now been to see the follow up "Heart failure nurse". My view of the treatment provided by Dr Chung, absolutely brilliant!
