cant fault the doctor or the practice have always been ther when i needed them and getting an appointment was no hassle at all.

The Practice has been muddling along for the last couple of years now. You cannot get an appointment when needed. Forget getting a second opinion it just does not happen with only a recent new second doctor. Language and communication are clearly a problem. Service Delivery non existent.
