As someone that rarely visits the doctor, I have had the cause to visit 3 times in the last 9 months with very different issues on all 3 occasions - 2 of which were by chance with Dr Broughton. She was really excellent, explaining issues as an equal, and taking time to provide the best advice and treatment as possible. I couldn't recommend her highly enough

I've seen Dr Boughton for many years now and she really is a lovely person and a great doctor – she seems genuinely concerned and interested, and let's face it, it must get a bit boring listening to people's ailments after a few hours, but if Dr Boughton is a bit tired or bored, she never gives that impression. You do feel that she really wants to do anything she can to help, and I always leave her feeling that someone is taking a genuine interest in my health. She's always given me great treatment and very sound advice – I feel like I'm in a safe pair of hands with her. Some GPs can make you feel a bit rushed, but she always gives you enough time to fully explain what's going on. My only complaint would be that she isn't there enough! I wish she was there every day, although I've now got another GP at the same practice who I like and trust as much, so that's some compensation... I hope she comes back full time once her family is a bit older.
