My parent visited this Dr and I sent an accompanying letter to help explain the situation, as I couldn't attend. This Dr was lacking in compassion and made them feel as if they were old and time wasting. I don't expect this behaviour from a GP. Visiting the Drs is stressful and worrying, greeting a patient with empathy is vital. It is part of the treatment.
Please do listen to patients and understand how elderly patients feel.
