I don’t usually write a review but on this occasion I really had to. I noticed a review regarding this dr, and her experience was the same as mine. Dr Amrit K Rehal From the first second very rude, telling me I should not have had the medication I had when it had been already prescribed from that surgery, she did not see the letter that authorised it. Kept saying “my dear” in a condescending manor, and stating that she is a “partner” in the business, as the other complaint said, I too became very ill after as she would not let me have my medication, she should not be allowed to do this to others. I have a few doctors at Audrey surgery really amazing but some, need to find some manors.

Dr Amrit Rehal is a wonderful GP. She is attentive and very professional. She cares about her patients and has helped me through a difficult period of my life. When I have bought my children in to see her she is friendly and the kids love her. She tries to make them laugh even when they are feeling poorly. Its a shame all the GPs at Audley Mills aren't like her. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to see her for any medical problem they have.

She has been so rude to me the two times I have been to see her. she didn't listen to anything I said, was rude to my boyfriend as well when he came with me to an appointment as well as on the phone when she was trying to get a hold of me . I found her to be on a very high horse and found she was talking down to me a lot and acting like I was stupid which she said I was being when I was talking to her about my medication another doctor was prescribed to me. Made me feel so stupid/bad that I couldn't face going back to the doctors and became so ill I couldn't even leave the house. I would not suggest anyone go to see her as she doesn't really care, from now on when I book an appointment I will ask that I am never seen by her again after how she has spoken to me. On my first appointment I was crying because of how ill i was and she didn't show any sympathy or concern and couldn't wait to get me out of her room. mid way through me talking to her she said we are done now. I understand there are lots of people waiting but when you have had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen I feel I should at least be listened to. She didn't look at my notes even when i mentioned things that were in my notes which I feel is an important thing to do! honestly never been so upset with a doctor that I have felt the need to write a complaint about them.
