An absolutely appalling GP. A mistake was made at her GP surgery where a specialists request for referral was completely ignored. After complaining, the referral was still not actioned. No sense of urgency and a complete lack of care for their mistake. I had to constantly chase again and again and again. No updates were given and the Surgery tried to pass the responsibility on to me to arrange the referral. I'm still awaiting the referral and it's now been 9 months. Absolutely appalling.
