Dr Kavati is kind and helpful. It is a very busy GP surgery he is polite and was able to send me to the right consultant to help me with a problem I had been suffering with for quite sometime

While Dr Kavati is a nice enough person - every consultation I've had with him I leave more frustrated than when I went in. Why? - because he constantly says 'I don't know what to do' and passes responsibility to other agencies/consultants etc who I can't get to see anyway!!! There's long periods of silence when he doesn't speak and appears to be waiting for you to speak - this is really uncomfortable and makes you think - why am I bothering!!! It's been proven that he recently gave me some totally wrong information - I'm sure he's fine when it comes to kids snotty noses, cut fingers, and run of the mill problems - but anything beyond that and he seems to be out if his depth. I know for me he certainly doesn't record information from my consultation with him this has been proven over and over again - and my wife can vouch for all of the above from her consultations with him as well!!!!
