Dr Vasista makes the time to allow you to tell him everything that is troubling you at the appointment. You are never rushed or fobbed off because there’s a surgery full of people. I always come away from my appointments feeling I have been treated with respect and feel 100% confident that my concerns have been dealt with. I can highly recommend this GP. He has always gone above and beyond the expectations I look for in a Dr.

Dr. Vasistha has all the qualities a doctor should have. He is extremely empathetic, kind and caring, and listens to you. He never rushes you and you always leave the appointment feeling that he has answered all your questions. Doctor Vasistha has been great on each occasion I or my family members ended up dealing with him over the past few years.Always showing empathy, always listening, seeking to assist, always going the extra mile. We are lucky to have such a doctor at Grove in Egham.

I would like to thank Dr Vasistha as a patient, the wife of a patient and the child of two patients! I have only seen Dr Vasistha once or twice for my own ailments, he was very caring. However my main experience with him has been with my elderly parents & my husband. In December 2017 my husband was very unwell, three trips to A&E could not give him a clear diagnosis. We returned to The Grove on an emergency appointment & Dr Vasistha spent time going over the symptoms, checking the hospital results, calling St Peters and writing a letter to ensure we didn't have to sit in A&E again. His care & concern meant finally a diagnosis was made, resulting in surgery. Following on from this my husband needed 'not fit for work' certificates, which were issued swiftly when I requested by email. We are both very grateful for the care and compassion shown to us, during what was a very stressful time. I also visit the surgery with my elderly parents, Dr Vasistha always takes time to listen to their problems, and ensures they understand any changes in medication before we leave his office. We never feel rushed or we are wasting his time. Many thanks to you Dr Vasistha.

What a breath of fresh air. Dr Vasistha is everything a good family doctor should be. He was patient, kind and attentive. I did not feel rushed and he came across as very caring. He epitomised what we want from a good family doctor and their values. I wish we could choose who we see when we make an appointment on the day as Dr Vasistha would be my choice.
