My father saw Dr Bakhai privately as he had been suffering with cardiac symptoms and, unfortunately, the NHS had not been able to provide continuity of care with his investigations and management. His condition was severely impacting his quality of life. Despite being a GP myself, I was unable to figure out the random nature in which the NHS had approached his investigations and we saw Dr Bakhai to try and consolidate where we were. He listened carefully to the history and gave us plenty of time for the consultation. He was very thorough in what he did and we came away with a clear plan and idea of what was going on. My father and I were both very pleased with the consultation and the thoroughness of Dr Bakhai's approach. He was also very pleasant and explained things clearly. The clinic letter was sent to us the following day and his Practice Manager, Varsha, should be mentioned for her efficiency.
