Dr Hughes was extremely pleasant. She explained the technique that she would be using and also the slight risk of puncturing the bowel which would necessitate an operation. I was put totally at ease all through the procedure. I couldn’t fault Dr Hughes at all. She had two excellent nursing assistants in Georgina and Mandy who again made me feel more relaxed. I can only add my very grateful thanks to Dr Hughes and team.
