She listens to my complaints, however trivial it may seem & will always convey full information, ensuring that I understand what she explains. She also prints off extra literature about conditions for me to read in my own time. She is an excellent GP and I don't mind the 30 minutes I usually have to wait to see her.

Dr MacPherson just couldn't care less. Didn't listen and didn't seem to be interested in me as a patient at all.

The Dr always involves me in the decision making regarding my care and effectively offers options that would be appropriate. She clearly explains the care pathways on offer which she supports with 'printed' information as appropriate. She is honest and open about what can be anticipated and will happily express both the positive and negatives of any advice given.
