Dr Carr was very understanding, professional, caring and supportive. She was very encouraging, didn't make me feel I was stupid. She really listened and considered my views, held my hand, literally, gave me confidence and I had every confidence in her. Her follow up appointments have been frequent and encouraging as were the appointments she arranged over the past 6 months of my depressive illness, and she never once said 'pull yourself together'! Her support saved my life
