I felt throughout the process my needs were top priority. Dr Steel asked the pre - op ward to make sure I had some water when it became clear my operation would take place until later in the day. Everything was explained in a manner I could understand. Post op care was explained every step of the way and when I developed a rash after being discharged Dr Steel went out of his way in my opinion to make sure I was seen by someone who could put my mind at rest. Considering this was Christmas week I felt this was worthy of special mention and my sincere thanks.
