Dr. Scales is an efficient kind and caring Doctor who always has time for everyone , young and old. He rembembers his patients and their families. The best thing about him is his sense of humour and fun and speaking personally I always come away from an appointment with him feeling better . I am sure that all his patients in Westbourne feel they are very lucky to have him as their G.P.
