Dr Alistair McKibbin is an excellent doctor, kind, caring, professional and, when appropriate, he has a wonderful sense of humour. We hold Dr McKibbin in the highest regard. Rowden Surgery staff are exceptional too. The surgery is always spotless and the receptionist staff go out of their way to be helpful.

My mother has recently joined the Practice , all during Covid Lock-down. The Practice has been amazing during this time .She had a fall that required an operation and also the move , lock-down and her mental health deteriorated during this time. As a family we were concerned about the possibility of dementia. Dr McKibbin , went out of his way to visit Mum and explain everything including not only support and help for her , but to us as a Family.Dr McKibbin is truly a family Dr in every sense of the word. The care he provides is personal, professional and caring. As a family we can not thank him enough for his kindness . I can not recommend Dr McKibbin and the Practice highly enough.A true and valuable asset to the NHS and the patients who are fortunate to be cared by him.

Hi.. I can't fault this doctor in anyway or form...he caring, thoughtful.. Just out right amazing! He once called me on his was to Glasgow to explain about a operation I was due to have so I wouldn't b so nervous x He always makes time for u..I've neva felt rushed or like I'm invading his space...he listens n he advises! My whole family is with this doctor.... My youngest son as a heart condition n if I've ever had a problem getting his medication from the chemist he has helped. But best of all when my darling father in law was dying from cancer he would call in on his way home to c how he was coping.. How we were all coping! N help us in any way he could... He made it comfortable as he could for him... And my mother-in-law... He was amazing! I Dread the day he retires! .
