Both my son and I have been registered with Dr Ally Wilson for the past 2 years, and we both feel that she is the best GP we have had in a long time.
I have always found Dr Wilson listens, offers advice and has a caring manner. There have been occasions when I have not been able to get an appointment with Dr Wilson, but have left a telephone message, and she has always returned my call, which is greatly appreciated, as I know she is busy.
I always feel reassured by Dr Wilson, as she takes preventative measures, such as referring on to hospitals, specialists etc, as the need arises. She has also taken time to print information for me, that has helped me to make an informed choice about my care.
I do not have any suggestions of how Dr Wilson could improve her practice, as currently I am very happy with the care she provides.
swift responsive and sympathetic
Dr Wilson is a very caring doctor, never rushes the appointment and will listen to what you have concerns about. She gives constructive and positive advice when needed and nothing is too much. So nice to have a doctor who cares for her patients.
I find all the doctors and staff at Cross Keys excellent and would not want to move to any other practice.
She was the first to diagnose a condition from which I suffer which is rare but immediately brought me great relief once the correct medication was prescribed. Her clinics often run late but it is because she listens and relates fully to her patients. I know other patients of hers who also think she is the best. She is happy to use the internet and is very helpful at finding information and relevant websites to which I can refer.
