Dr Grimston was very informative about how I could try and manage my fatigue, especially as my blood results were all normal, giving me lots of information to look at. She listened to what I had to say and the suggestions she made regarding diet and supplements were clearly explained and signposted me to articles and literature from other doctors to help me make informative choices.

Dr Grimston saw my 75-year-old wife this morning and was wonderful. She examined her very sore eye and immediately arranged for her to see the eye specialists within the next two days. My wife also asked her about a different (ladies) problem and got a very knowledgeable answer. We were not aware the she was also a post menapausal specialist. She was very sympathetic and prescribed a different solution to the one that was causing her pain. Incidently, she was so sympathetic over my wife's deafness and removed her mask so that my wife could lipread her. A nice lady and a very efficient doctor.

I am so grateful to Dr Grimston for her expertise, reassurance and kindness today. It is so difficult to see a GP in person at the moment and it made a huge difference to meet face to face when discussing tricky health issues. She was very respectful and knowledgable when examining me. I came away having dealt with several issues, including paperwork and feeling much more supported.

Doctor Alison Grimston took exceptional care of me at the surgery appointment and identified an immediate life threatening illness. She arranged an ambulance to take me to hospital and as a result of her quick action A and E were able to save me. The hospital doctors said her quick action was professional and admirable.
