I have recently moved surgeries and Dr Alison Grimstone is the epitome of a fantastic doctor and I am so glad I moved to the Meads. She listened to me and I felt really heard. Dr Grimstone acknowledged my concerns and worries and shared her insight carefully and thoughtfully. I have found, sadly, that many doctors dismiss nutrition, hormonal and adrenal issues as entirely related to stress and anxiety. Dr Grimstone took the time to explain how she understands this and suggested some great ways I can go forward with helping myself. Thank you for your time and your expertise and for just being genuinely interested in what I had to say and for being so kind and helpful with your advice. I am very grateful!
