Dr Birtle was simply just so lovely!
My dad has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and she was professional yet very caring, sincere and kind during our appointment, she listened and then answered compassionately and honestly.
Dr Birtle takes the lead from her patient as to how much they want to know and what information they can deal with.
I thanked her for being human and not too ‘doctory’, she made me feel like she was a friend.
