It’s always a pleasure to meet Dr. Birtle, she has a wonderful ability to make you feel comfortable, she smiles and listens intently on your questions while responding positively and illustrates a very high degree of empathy, she is always fully prepared, having read carefully my notes/history prior to my appointment.
I understand she must have a very busy schedule but never lets this influence the time she spends with me, frankly I consider her attitude exceptional and many of her fellow
colleagues would benefit from her influences.
Hopefully this fully reflects on my experiences when visiting Dr. Alison Birtle.
