Dr Banks puts me in mind of 'old school' practice where the patient is important and not the clock on the wall. One of the few doctors that actually listens to your concerns and does something about them. If it wasn't for her I'd have ended up with a very serious condition if it had gone untreated....which had been overlooked by others. I'd thoroughly recommend her, and judging from her availability it seems I'm not the only one who rates her.

I have total confidence in Dr. Banks, she listens to your concerns and is very caring. I had a problem with my ear and she even phoned the local hospital ENT Department to see what course of treatment would be best. This was done whilst I waited. Whenever I have seen Dr. Banks she has sorted out my medical problem very efficiently. Dr. Banks is an asset to Verney Close Surgery.
